When customers request access to your Private resources, their requests appear on the Access page. You control who gets access to your sensitive compliance documents.

Incoming requests

Each request shows:

Approving or denying access

Use the action dropdown on each request to Approve or Deny. When approved, the requester receives an email notification with login instructions to access the content.

Granted access log

The View and Grant Access section shows everyone you have granted access to, how many pages they have viewed, and their activity history.
Track which companies are requesting access to your Trust Center. This is a great signal for your sales team — companies evaluating your security posture are likely in a procurement process.
