Creating a questionnaire

Upload the questionnaire

Click New Questionnaire, enter the customer’s company name and domain, set a due date, and upload the questionnaire file. DSALTA’s AI scans and parses the questions.

Review AI-generated answers

The AI drafts responses based on your compliance data — policies, controls, documents, and tests in your workspace. Review and edit each answer.

Approve and publish

Each answer must be approved before the questionnaire is marked complete. Assign an owner to manage the approval workflow.

DSALTA builds a knowledge base from all your compliance data:

Every policy, document, and test in your environment feeds into the knowledge base automatically.

Answer library

Every approved answer is saved for future reuse. When similar questions arise, AI suggests previously approved responses.
You can add additional resources to the knowledge base or exclude specific items from being used in AI responses.
The more questionnaires you complete, the smarter the AI becomes. Your answer library grows over time, making each subsequent questionnaire faster to complete.
