When customers request access to your Private resources, their requests appear on the Access page. You control who gets access to your sensitive compliance documents. The page has two tabs: Viewers granted access and Access request.

The Access request tab shows:

Approving or rejecting access

Use the status dropdown at the end of each row and pick Approved, Pending, or Rejected. To handle several at once, tick the rows, choose a status from the bulk dropdown, and click Apply.

Granted access log

The Viewers granted access tab shows everyone you have granted access to, with Email, Views, Download, Last Activity, and Status columns.
Track which companies are requesting access to your Trust Center. This is a great signal for your sales team — companies evaluating your security posture are likely in a procurement process.
