The Notifications page lets you manage your alert preferences. Control which events trigger email notifications to avoid inbox overload while staying informed about important compliance changes.

Notification types

You can enable or disable alerts for:
  • Vendor risk changes — when a vendor’s security score changes
  • Platform updates — new features, maintenance windows
  • Task assignments — when new tasks are assigned to you
  • Audit activity — comments, flags, and status changes during audits
  • Evidence updates — when evidence status changes
At minimum, keep vendor risk alerts and audit activity notifications enabled. These are the most time-sensitive items that require your attention.
