The Notifications page lists the alert types DSALTA ships with and stores an on/off switch for each one, shared across your organization. Email delivery currently runs independently of these switches: the mail DSALTA sends — team member invitations, employee portal invitations, verification codes, questionnaire and remediation requests, Trust Center access mail — reaches its recipients whatever the switches say, so use your own mail rules to control what lands in your inbox.
Notification types
You can enable or disable alerts for:
- Vendor risk changes — when a vendor’s security score changes
- Vendor listing limits — when your free vendor listing limit reaches 80% or 100%
- Task assignments — when new tasks are assigned to you
- Audit activity — comments, flags, and status changes during audits
- Audit readiness milestones — when your company’s audit readiness reaches 50%, 80%, or 100%
At minimum, keep vendor risk alerts and audit activity notifications enabled. These are the most time-sensitive items that require your attention.
