Sending a questionnaire
Click Send Questionnaire
Enter the vendor name, recipient’s name, email, and select a template.
Choose a template
Select from pre-built templates including GDPR Assessment, Cybersecurity Review, PCI DSS Compliance, Risk Assessment, and more.
Set a deadline
Assign a due date for the vendor to complete their responses.
Send
The vendor receives an email with a link to answer the questionnaire. They can use DSALTA’s AI assistant to help draft responses.
Tracking responses
The questionnaire list shows:
