Vendor Questionnaires allow you to collect detailed security and compliance information from your vendors through structured questionnaire templates.

Sending a questionnaire

Click Send Questionnaire

Enter the vendor name, recipient’s name, email, and select a template.

Choose a template

Select from pre-built templates including GDPR Assessment, Cybersecurity Review, PCI DSS Compliance, Risk Assessment, and more.

Set a deadline

Assign a due date for the vendor to complete their responses.

Send

The vendor receives an email with a link to answer the questionnaire. They can use DSALTA’s AI assistant to help draft responses.

Tracking responses

The questionnaire list shows:

Click any questionnaire to view the full set of questions and answers, export the results, or resend to the vendor.
Vendors receive free access to DSALTA’s AI system when completing your questionnaire, helping them provide thorough, accurate responses faster.
Send questionnaires early in the vendor relationship. The responses supplement your automated risk assessment with vendor-provided context.
