The People page centralizes all employee data in your compliance program. Connect your identity provider to sync employee information automatically, or manage it manually.

Employee directory

Each employee record shows:

Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID to sync employee data and groups automatically. You can also add people manually.

Groups

Groups let you organize employees and assign tasks in bulk. Each group has:
  • Members — who belongs to this group
  • Policies — which policies members must acknowledge
  • Training — which training modules are required
  • Onboarding/Offboarding tasks — custom tasks triggered when someone joins or leaves

Employee portal

When tasks are assigned, employees receive an email invitation to complete their items. The employee portal shows their pending tasks: policies to review, training to complete, and documents to acknowledge.
Use groups to automate recurring compliance tasks. For example, create an “Engineering” group with security training and code-of-conduct policies that auto-assign when new engineers are added.
