How training works
DSALTA includes built-in training modules through DSALTA Academy. When you assign training to employees or groups, DSALTA tracks:| Column | Description |

| Employee | Name and email of the assigned person |
| Module | Name of the training module |
| Status | Not Started, In Progress, or Completed |
| Assigned Date | When the training was assigned |
| Completed Date | When the employee finished the module |
| Score | Assessment score (if applicable) |
| Due Date | Deadline for completion |
Assigning training
You can assign training in two ways:- By group — Assign a training module to an entire group (e.g., “Engineering”). New members added to the group automatically receive the assignment.
- By individual — Assign specific modules to individual employees.
Tracking completion
The Training dashboard shows overall completion rates and highlights overdue assignments. Employees receive email reminders as their due date approaches. When an employee completes a training module, the completion record includes:- Timestamp of completion
- Assessment score (if the module includes a quiz)
- Certificate of completion (downloadable)
