Verify the auditor was invited with the correct email. They receive an invitation email with a login link. If the invitation expired, resend it from the audit settings.

When an auditor comments on an evidence item, a comment icon appears next to it. Click the icon to view and respond. Both parties see the full thread.

“Flagged” means the auditor needs more information. Open the flagged item, read the auditor’s comments, provide additional evidence, and the auditor can update the status to “Accept.”
