DSALTA connects to Pipedream using read-only API access to collect compliance evidence automatically. Data feeds into your Data Library modules.
Read-only access. DSALTA never modifies, creates, or deletes resources in your Pipedream account.
What you’ll see. Pipedream’s API does not expose a workspace or organization member list, so DSALTA records the connected Pipedream account — the username and email of whoever provided the API key — as a single row on the Access page, rather than a roster of individual people. The access checks below match that account to your People page by email, so if the connected account’s email does not match a person in your directory, the check may not resolve automatically. Treat the Access list as a record of the connected account and confirm its owner manually.
DSALTA collects this integration’s data when you connect it — you can refresh it at any time with Sync from integrations on the Integrations page. The compliance checks below re-run once a day at 02:00 America/New_York.
What DSALTA reads
DSALTA reads the Pipedream account that authorised the connection — its username and email, a single row on your Access page. Pipedream’s public API exposes no workspace member list, so there is no roster to read, and that one row is labelled an active Owner. It calls these Pipedream endpoints:/v1/users/me
Troubleshooting
Integration shows Disconnected
Integration shows Disconnected
There is no Reconnect button. Open Integrations → Connected, click Manage on the Pipedream card, and check the Status tab — it shows either Connected and working properly or Connection issues detected. To restore a broken connection you must Disconnect and connect again, which permanently deletes the data and tests collected from Pipedream. This can happen if the API key was revoked or rotated in Settings → Account in Pipedream.
Data is not syncing
Data is not syncing
Confirm the API key is still valid (it may have been regenerated in Settings → Account in Pipedream), then click Sync from integrations on the Integrations page (Connected tab) — it refreshes every connected integration at once. If the key was revoked, paste a new one to restore access.
