Edit a Policy

You can edit a policy in DSALTA to keep it accurate, framework-aligned, and audit-ready. Editing lets you update the policy’s content, metadata (such as owner or renewal date), and version history to reflect any changes over time. What you can edit depends on the policy’s current status.

Start Editing a Policy

  1. Go to the Policy Center.

  2. Find the policy you want to update.

  3. Select the edit icon to open the policy detail page.

Approval History Tab

The Approval History tab tracks all past and current approvals for each policy.
It provides full transparency into the approval process and helps ensure continuous compliance.

You can view the Approval History in two sections. The first is by clicking this button at the top of the policy:
