Edit Trust Center Content

Customize what customers see by editing resources, controls, FAQs, and updates.

Edit company information

Use the Edit action to update:

  • Company description

  • Contact email

  • External links (e.g. Privacy Policy)

This information appears at the top of your Trust Center.


Manage resources (Policies & Documents)

The Resources section allows you to:

  • Upload policies and documents

  • Organize them into categories

  • Control visibility (Public, Private, Hidden)


Add or edit documents

To upload a new document:

  1. Click Add Document

  2. Enter a name and description

  3. Upload the file

  4. Select category and access level

  5. Save changes


Manage controls visibility

Controls shown in the Trust Center reflect your compliance posture.
You can:

  • Enable or disable visibility

  • Show control groups by category

  • Keep controls in sync with your frameworks


Add FAQs

Use FAQs to answer common security questions from customers.

Each FAQ includes:

  • A question

  • A short answer


Share updates

The Updates section lets you publish:

  • Security announcements

  • Compliance milestones

  • Important changes

Each update includes:

  • Title

  • URL (optional)

  • Category

  • Description
