Trust Center Overview & Settings

View and manage your public Trust Center, including security score, certifications, controls, and shared resources.

What you see on the Overview page

The Trust Center overview gives a live snapshot of your security posture.

You can see:

  • Public Trust Center URL

  • Access request activity

  • Visitor and download metrics

  • Published certifications, controls, and resources


Monitor access requests

The Access Requests section shows:

  • Pending requests

  • Approved access

  • Denied access

This helps you control who can view sensitive trust information.


Track visitor activity

The Visitor Activity section shows:

  • Total visitors

  • Page views

  • Resource downloads

Useful for understanding how customers interact with your Trust Center.


Review published content

Under Contents, you can see what is currently shared:

  • Certifications

  • Controls

  • Resources

  • Subprocessors

  • FAQs

  • Updates

Each section shows how many items are publicly visible.


What the Activity section shows

The Activity chart displays how often your Trust Center is viewed or interacted with over time.

It helps you understand:

  • When your Trust Center is being accessed

  • Engagement trends by month

  • Changes in customer or auditor interest


Settings

The Settings section allows you to manage basic configuration for your Trust Center.

Currently, this page is used to define your organization’s domain, which is how your company is identified across the Trust Center and shared trust pages.
