Questionnaire tasks are used to complete security and compliance questionnaires assigned to your organization.
When you click on a questionnaire task in My Tasks, you are redirected to the dedicated questionnaire experience. This allows you to work through questions in a structured and focused view.
Each questionnaire displays all required questions along with their current status. As you answer questions, progress is tracked automatically so you can easily see what’s completed and what still needs attention.
Once all required questions are answered, the task can be reviewed and approved. Approving a questionnaire task updates its status in My Tasks and reflects completion across related workflows.
Completed questionnaire tasks no longer require action unless changes or follow-ups are requested.
