# Trust Center Issues

> Fix problems with your Trust Center display, access, or custom domain.

    Make sure all required sections are configured and click "View" to preview. The status updates to Live once published.

  <Accordion title="Custom domain isn't working" icon="globe">
    After entering your domain, add the provided CNAME and TXT DNS records to your domain provider. DNS propagation takes up to 1 hour. Return to check SSL and domain status after waiting.

  <Accordion title="Customer can't access my Trust Center" icon="lock">
    Check access permissions on your content. Resources set to **Private** require approval. Check the Trust Center Access page for pending requests.

  <Accordion title="Controls not showing on Trust Center" icon="toggle-off">
    Controls sync automatically but visibility can be toggled. Go to the Trust Center editor → Controls section and check the visibility toggle for each control.
