# Login & Access Issues

> Resolve sign-in problems, password resets, and access errors.

    Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter your email. Check spam if you don't see the reset email.

  <Accordion title="Some pages are restricted" icon="lock">
    Your access depends on your role. Members have limited access vs. Admins and Owners. Ask your workspace Admin to check your role in **Settings → Members**.

  <Accordion title="Can't find the invitation email" icon="envelope">
    Check spam/junk folders. Ask the person who invited you to resend from **Settings → Members**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I delete my account?" icon="trash">
    Go to **Settings → My Profile** → Delete Account. This removes your personal account only, not the organization workspace.

  Deleting a workspace (from **Settings → Workspace**) is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is permanently removed.
