# Evidence Not Syncing

> Troubleshoot automated evidence collection issues.

    Not all tests are linked to every integration. Check the test detail to see which specific integration provides data for that test. You may need an additional integration, or evidence uploaded by hand.

    Controls require **all** mapped evidence items to be satisfied. Open the control detail and check the Evidence & Monitoring tab for the full list of requirements.

    Controls often require multiple types of evidence — policies, documents, and tests. Check the control detail for the complete evidence checklist.

  <Accordion title="Automated test results are stale" icon="clock">
    Tests run nightly, not weekly — integration tests at 02:00 America/New\_York, system tests at 15:30 Europe/Istanbul. If results look older than that, go to **Integrations**, open **Manage** on the integration, and look at its **Status** tab: a healthy connection reads **Connected and working properly**, anything else reads **Connection issues detected** with the error underneath.

    There is no reconnect button. To get a fresh result without waiting for the nightly job, open the test and use **Run** in the **Run Test** row.

<Tip>
  **Quick fix:** Go to **Controls**, filter by **Needs attention**, and click into each control to see exactly what evidence is missing.
