# Integrations Overview

> How DSALTA integrations work — connecting your tools to automate compliance evidence collection.

DSALTA connects to your existing tools to automatically collect compliance evidence. All integrations use **read-only API access** — DSALTA never modifies your systems.

## How Integrations Work

When you connect an integration, DSALTA collects its data right away, and that integration's automated compliance checks then re-run every day at 02:00 America/New\_York. You can refresh the collected data at any time with **Sync from integrations** on the **Integrations** page. Every record includes a source field showing which integration provided it.
