# Vendor Questionnaires

> Send, manage, and track security questionnaires to assess vendor compliance.

Vendor Questionnaires allow you to collect detailed security and compliance information from your vendors through structured questionnaire templates.

## Sending a questionnaire

    Enter the vendor name, recipient's name, email, and select a template.

  <Step title="Choose a template">
    Select from pre-built templates including GDPR Assessment, Cybersecurity Review, PCI DSS Compliance, Risk Assessment, and more.

  <Step title="Set a deadline">
    Assign a due date for the vendor to complete their responses.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send">
    The vendor receives an email with a link to answer the questionnaire. They can use DSALTA's AI assistant to help draft responses.
  </Step>

## Tracking responses

The questionnaire list shows:

| Column                 | Description                        |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| **Questionnaire Name** | Template used                      |
| **Vendor**             | Which vendor received it           |
| **Contact**            | Person at the vendor completing it |
| **Status**             | Sent, In Progress, or Completed    |
| **Due Date**           | Deadline for completion            |

Click any questionnaire to view the full set of questions and answers, export the results, or resend to the vendor.
