# Fourth Parties

> Track the technology providers and services your vendors depend on.

Fourth Parties are the sub-vendors and technology providers used by your direct (third-party) vendors. This page gives you supply chain visibility — understanding not just who your vendors are, but who *their* vendors are.

## What you will see

| Column          | Description                                                           |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Vendor Name** | The fourth-party company                                              |
| **Score** | Their security risk score |
| **Status**      | Current risk status                                                   |
| **Category** | Type of service (Analytics, Social Media, Cloud, Communication, etc.) |
| **Used By** | Which of your direct vendors use this fourth party |

<Info>
  DSALTA automatically discovers fourth parties by analyzing your vendors' technology stacks and infrastructure dependencies.

<Tip>
  Pay attention to fourth parties that appear across multiple vendors — a security incident at a widely-used fourth party could affect several of your vendor relationships simultaneously.
