# Trust Center Overview

> Showcase your security and compliance posture to customers with a customizable public page.

The Trust Center is a white-label, no-code public page where you showcase your organization's security posture, certifications, and compliance status to customers and prospects.

## Dashboard metrics

## Customizing your Trust Center

Click **Edit** to customize every aspect of your Trust Center:

  <Accordion title="Company branding" icon="palette">
    Upload your logo, set background colors, primary colors, and add your company name, description, and security email.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Certifications" icon="certificate">
    Display your compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) with status indicators: Not Started, In Progress, or Compliant. Upload certification documents for customers to request.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Controls" icon="toggle-on">
    Controls from your compliance environment sync automatically. Toggle visibility for individual controls.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Resources" icon="file-arrow-down">
    Share downloadable documents and policies. Set access permissions: **Public** (anyone can view), **Private** (requires approval), or **Hidden** (not visible).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Subprocessors" icon="network-wired">
    List third-party subprocessors with their name, country, purpose, and logo. Use pre-compiled options or add custom entries.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="FAQs" icon="circle-question">
    Add frequently asked questions for customers — e.g., "Do you support SSO?" or "Where is data stored?"
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Updates" icon="megaphone">
    Share news, changelog items, and security updates with your Trust Center visitors.
  </Accordion>

## Access permissions

Resources and certifications can have three access levels:

| Level       | Description                                                 |
| ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Public**  | Anyone can view without requesting access                   |
| **Private** | Visitors must request access; you approve or deny via email |
| **Hidden**  | Not visible on the Trust Center at all                      |

## Trusted customers

Add logos and names of customers who trust your organization to build social proof on your Trust Center page.

  Start with certifications and a few key resources set to Private. This drives access requests from prospects, giving your sales team qualified leads.
