When issues or weaknesses are identified through monitoring, assessments, or questionnaires, remediation items are created to ensure they are addressed. Each remediation reflects a specific action required to reduce risk.
You can use this view to monitor remediation status, follow progress over time, and identify unresolved issues that may require escalation or follow-up.
As remediations are completed, DSALTA updates vendor risk scores and reflects improvements across dashboards and reports, helping you maintain an accurate view of your third-party risk posture.
