My Tasks provides multiple ways to help you quickly find and prioritize the right tasks.

You can switch between All, Assigned to me, and Unassigned Tasks to focus on tasks you own or identify tasks that still need an owner.

Use the Status filter to narrow tasks based on their current state, such as Not Run, In Progress, Pending, Completed, Approved, or Failed. This is especially useful when reviewing tasks that are blocked or waiting for approval.

The Category filter allows you to focus on specific task types, such as Policy, Document, Test, Risk Register, or Questionnaire.

Tasks are also grouped by urgency to help with prioritization. Overdue and urgent tasks appear at the top, followed by upcoming and unscheduled tasks.

You can use the search field to quickly find tasks by name without scrolling through the full list.
