What is "Shared with Me"?

  • The Shared with Me dashboard provides a central place to view vendors who have proactively granted you access to their security and compliance information.

  • This information is shared via their Trust Pages, which can include a security rating, industry security rating, company info, completed questionnaires, audit reports, and other key documentation.

  1. Navigating the Dashboard:

    • The main table lists all the vendors that have shared their information with you.

    • Company: This column displays the name and domain of the vendor.

    • Status: This column indicates the security maturity status of the vendor (e.g., Basic, Advanced) and confirms that their information is "Available" for you to view.

  2. Viewing Vendor Information:

    • To access the detailed security information, simply click on a vendor's name in the list.

    • This will take you to their Trust Page, where you can explore a wealth of information, including:

      • Their overall security score and rating.

      • Security questionnaires they have completed.

      • Relevant audit reports and certifications.

      • General company and security documentation.
