What is "Shared with Me"?
The Shared with Me dashboard provides a central place to view vendors who have proactively granted you access to their security and compliance information.
This information is shared via their Trust Pages, which can include a security rating, industry security rating, company info, completed questionnaires, audit reports, and other key documentation.
Navigating the Dashboard:
The main table lists all the vendors that have shared their information with you.
Company: This column displays the name and domain of the vendor.
Status: This column indicates the security maturity status of the vendor (e.g., Basic, Advanced) and confirms that their information is "Available" for you to view.
Viewing Vendor Information:
To access the detailed security information, simply click on a vendor's name in the list.
This will take you to their Trust Page, where you can explore a wealth of information, including:
Their overall security score and rating.
Security questionnaires they have completed.
Relevant audit reports and certifications.
General company and security documentation.
