How to enter my company details

How to add or update your company name, industry, size, and other key information to personalize your compliance experience.

  1. Within your dashboard, select Settings

  2. In the Workspace, select Settings

Company Logo

Your logo will be used to brand assets that you may want to share with external stakeholders, such as policy documents.

Format Supported: SVG, PNG

Dimensions: At least 300px wide

File Size: No larger than 200KB

Background: Transparent (preferred) or white


Company Icon

Your icon will be used within Client Trust Center, for purposes that include branding your self-authored system in DSALTA.

Format Supported: SVG, PNG

Dimensions: 64px by 64px

File Size: No larger than 50KB

Background: Transparent (preferred) or white


Organization Information

  1. Fill in the required fields
    Enter the following mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk *):

    • Workspace Name – This is the internal name your team will see.

    • Legal Company Name – Your company’s full legal entity name.

    • State/Province – The province or region where your company is based.

    • City – Your company’s headquarters city.

    • Country – Select from the dropdown menu.

    • Employee Count – Choose the range that best fits your company size.

  2. Optional fields
    You can also fill in the following fields to complete your profile:

    • Common Company Name – If different from your legal name.

    • Company Website

    • Office Address

    • Phone Number

    • Company Description – A brief overview of your organization.


Product / Service Information

  1. Enter your product details

    • Product Name (required): Type the name of your product or service.

    • Product Website (optional): Add the public-facing website URL if available.

    • Product Description (optional): Provide a brief description of what your product or service does.


Compliance Information

  1. Privacy Policy URL (required)
    Enter the direct URL to your company’s privacy policy page.

  2. Terms of Use URL (required)
    Provide the URL where your platform’s terms of use can be reviewed.

  3. Support URL (optional)
    Add a support or help center link where customers can reach out for assistance.

  4. Security Email (required)
    Enter a valid email address where security-related notifications or vulnerability reports can be sent (e.g., [email protected]).


Save your changes
After entering all necessary details, click Save Workspace at the bottom of the section to store your company information.

  • Keeping your company information up to date ensures smoother onboarding for new teammates and accurate vendor assessments.

  • You can return to this section at any time to edit or update information.
